捻子条填充量对T型件成型质量的影响

INFLUENCE OF RADIUS FILLER FILLING AMOUNT ON QUALITY OF T-SHAPED STIFFENERS

摘要: 加筋结构被广泛应用于大型复合材料承力构件,而加筋结构三角空隙必须使用捻子条进行填充,捻子条的填充效果会显著影响加筋结构的成型质量。为优化捻子条填充量计算公式,提高加筋结构成型质量,分别在三种拐角曲率半径的T型件中填充不同体积的捻子条,并通过对T型件R区微观结构进行分析,探索了不同捻子条填充体积对T型件R区成型质量的影响。结果表明:当捻子条体积远小于理论填充体积时,R区与腹板结合处容易产生分散孔隙,并且在捻子条与蒙皮结合区域产生较为严重的分层;而当捻子条体积大于三角空隙体积时,R区的孔隙和分层缺陷得到显著改善,但捻子条填充量过大会使蒙皮壁板出现纤维褶皱和下沉等缺陷;并依据实验分析结果确定捻子条填充量修正系数为0.9,最终得到捻子条填充体积公式:V=0.9(R+nh)2(2-π/2)L

Abstract: Stiffened structure is widely used in large composite loading-carrying structure. Radius filler must be used as a kind of filling material in triangle gap of these structures. The filling effect of radius filler can significantly affect the quality of cured structure. To optimize filling amount formula of radius filler and improve the quality of loading-carrying structure, different filling volume of radius filler were filled in three kind of radius of concave corner of T-shaped stiffeners. To investigate the filling volume of radius filler on quality of R region of T-shaped stiffeners, the microstructure of R region were characterized by optical digital microscope. The results show that when the volume of radius filler is far less than the theory filling volume, disperse pores will be easily produced in the interface of radius filler and web plate, and delamination will happen in the interface of skin and radius filler. When the volume of radius filler is larger than the theoretical filling volume, delamination and pores will be significantly improved, but the huge volume of radius filler can cause fiber fold and sinking in the skin. According to the experimental results, the correction coefficient of filling amount is 0.9. Finally, the filling formula of radius filler is determined as V= 0.9(R+nh)2(2-π/2)L.
