摘要: 对考虑层数和铺层角变量的复合材料层合板质量最小化优化设计问题进行了研究。通过对问题进行分析,发现目标函数的分布受层数搜索区间的影响较大,容易导致优化设计陷入局部最优解,以及目标函数与层数之间存在线性关系。针对以上特点,提出基于进化机制的自适应搜索空间差分进化算法,在利用该算法解决层合板优化设计问题时,搜索区间会随着种群的进化而缩小,有利于算法逐渐收敛到全局最优解。最后通过实验验证了该算法在解决层合板优化设计问题时具有较好的全局收敛性。

Abstract: The minimum weight design of the laminated composite plate with the number of plies and ply orientations considered as design variables is performed. Analyses of the characteristics of the optimization problem are carried out. Focusing on the characteristics of the optimization problem, an improved evolutionary algorithm is proposed. In the improved evolutionary algorithm, the search interval shrinks with the evolutionary process, and individuals in the population gather around the global optimal point gradually. Test examples show that the proposed algorithm has excellent global search ability.
