玻璃钢游艇VARI工艺参数优化研究

摘要: 以某玻璃钢游艇为对象,建立艇体三维实体模型和有限元模型,采用Darcy定律模拟树脂在多孔介质中的流动前沿。以缩短充模时间和降低生产成本为目标,优化得到最佳流道布置方案和注脂口间距,并通过填充试验验证了仿真结果的准确性,对玻璃钢游艇的实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract: Taking a FRP Yacht as the object, the three-dimensional entity model and finite element model were established to simulate the resin flow front in porous medium with Darcy's law. Aim to shorten the filling time and reduce production cost, the optimal flow scheme and the injection port spacing were gained. The accuracy of the simulation results were verified by filling test. This work is of guiding significance for the practical production of FRP yacht.
