零苯乙烯与含苯乙烯乙烯基酯树脂性能对比研究

摘要: 同等实验条件下测试树脂挥发性有机化合物(VOC)、力学性能、热性能、气干性、工艺性能等指标,研究了零苯乙烯(MFE 700-01型)与含苯乙烯(MFE 711型)乙烯基酯树脂(VER)的性能差异。研究结果表明,零苯乙烯VER可完全杜绝静态VOC,动态VOC降低十倍,可有效提高树脂的环保性,其力学性能、工艺性能可达到甚至超过含苯乙烯VER的水平,FRP耐热性、气干性相当,可实现与含苯乙烯树脂应用无缝对接。

Abstract: Two kind of vinyl ester resin (VER) properties were tested under the same experimental conditions, including volatile organic compounds (VOC), mechanical properties, thermal properties, air dry and process performance. All the properties were compared. MFE 700-01 was non-styrene VER, while MFE 711 was styrene VER. The results show that VOC of MFE700-01 was lower, which can satisfy environment requirement, and the mechanical properties was same as the latter. Styrene VER can be replaced by non-styrene VER in most occasions.
