帽形长桁先进拉挤预成型技术研究

摘要: 针对帽形长桁先进拉挤成型工艺,为了确保平直的预浸料层组在预成型的连续弯曲变形过程中不发生褶皱和劈裂,对预成型的变形过程进行分析,设计制造了预成型模具来约束预浸料的变形轨迹,分析制定了预成型工艺,并进行长桁试制实验验证。实验制得的长桁表面质量优异,截面R角区无褶皱等缺陷,满足产品要求,为帽形长桁的先进拉挤成型奠定了基础。

Abstract: For hat stiffener′s advanced pultrusion, the preformed deformation process was analyzed. Then, design and manufacturing preformed molds, analysis and formulation of preforming process were carried out to avoid folding and splitting of prepreg inpreforming process which with continuous bending deformation. Experimental verification shows that the stiffener has excellent surface quality. No wrinkles and other defects in the R area, which can meet the requirements of the product, and lay the foundation for the advanced pultrusion manufacturing hat stiffener.
