国产12K T700级碳纤维在复合芯导线中的替代应用研究

摘要: 在碳纤维复合芯原材料成本构成中,碳纤维占60%以上,采取将复合芯用关键原材料12K T700级碳纤维国产化替代是降低成本行之有效的途径。优选三家国内具有代表性的碳纤维生产企业的12K T700级PAN基碳纤维,制得的三种碳纤维复合芯棒主要性能指标均能满足标准要求,能够替代进口东丽T700S碳纤维,价格约为其70%~80%,有利于碳纤维复合芯导线的推广应用。

Abstract: The carbon fiber accounted for more than 60% in the raw materials cost of carbon fiber composite core. It is an effective way to cost down by replacing the 12K T700 grade carbon fiber with domestic fibers. This pater selected three domestic 12K T700 grade PAN-based carbon fiber to make carbon fiber composite core, for which the main performance can meet the standard requirements. These domestic carbon fibers can replace the imported Toray T700S carbon fiber with only 70%~80% of the price, which is beneficial to the popularization and application of carbon fiber composite core conductor.
