自动铺丝加工轨迹姿态优化算法研究

摘要: 自动铺丝加工技术在复合材料大型构件中应用广泛。在高速加工技术的研究基础上,提出了一种自动铺丝加工轨迹姿态优化算法。自动铺丝应用的对象多为复杂构件,其中施压法向的剧烈变化会降低铺放速率,延长制造周期。为了解决这些问题,通过建立自动铺丝加工允许偏转空间,用滤波法和约束优化两种方法对加工轨迹进行了姿态优化。通过数据分析和实际铺放验证,优化后加工轨迹的转轴运动曲线以及转轴加速度曲线均得到了一定程度的光顺优化,此外加工时间也得到了明显的减少。

Abstract: In order to improve the manufacturing efficiency of Automated Fiber Placement (AFP), a posture optimization algorithm, which based on High Speed Manufacturing research, is proposed. During AFP manufacturing, due to the unfairness of orientation change, servo motors are required to accelerate and decelerate frequently to meet the manufacturing orientation requirements, which limits the process rate. In order to increase the efficiency, according to the flexibility of the rubber roller, the admissible orientation domain based on the roller coordinate system is established. Under the constraint zone, the rotation curve is optimized by Butterworth digital filter and objective optimization function, which contributes to the increasement of manufacturing efficiency. According to data analysis and practical placement experiment, the optimized tool path has a better fairness property in rotation axis motion and acceleration curve. Besides, the manufacturing efficiency has been improved compared with the original two paths.
