平纹编织面板蜂窝夹芯结构侧压性能研究

EDGEWISE COMPRESSION PROPERTIES FOR HONEYCOMB SANDWICH STRUCTURE WITH PLAIN WOVEN FACEPLATE

摘要: 为研究平纹编织面板蜂窝夹芯结构的侧向压缩性能,将蜂窝夹芯结构失效分为面板失效、蜂窝芯失效和胶层失效,基于渐进损伤分析方法建立蜂窝夹芯结构侧向压缩的损伤分析模型,对平纹编织面板蜂窝夹芯结构进行侧向压缩失效预测,与侧压性能试验结果相比,破坏强度非常吻合。结果表明,建立的侧向压缩损伤分析模型能够模拟平纹编织面板蜂窝夹芯结构侧向压缩的损伤起始、损伤扩展和最终破坏,并最终预测其侧压破坏强度。

Abstract: In order to study the edgewise compression properties for honeycomb sandwich structure with plain woven faceplate, failure modes of honeycomb sandwich structure were divided into three types: faceplate failure, honeycomb failure. And, adhesive failure, and edgewise compression damage analysis models of honeycomb sandwich structure with plain woven faceplate were established. The honeycomb sandwich structure were predicted by the model based on progressive damage analysis. The test on edgewise compression properties of honeycomb sandwich structure were conducted. By the comparative study of the prediction and experiment results, their failure strength fitted well. The results show that the damage initiation, damage progression, and final damage during the edgewise compression of honeycomb sandwich structure can be simulated accurately by the damage analysismodel established in this paper, and finally the edgewise compression failure strength can be predicted.
