高精度复合材料天线反射器结构与热变形仿真优化分析

摘要: 针对卫星用高精度复合材料反射器,分别采用Hyperworks和Msc.Patran/Nastran有限元软件,对蜂窝夹层复合材料天线的强度、模态以及不同工况下的热稳定性进行了仿真分析,并采用Hyperworks对反射器进行了结构优化。通过仿真结果分析发现,采用两种软件的复合材料天线反射器的强度、模态和热变形数值解相近,说明Hyperworks和Msc.Patran/Nastran在复合材料结构和热变形仿真方面具有良好的通用性。同时,基频仿真分析结果与试验结果一致,说明仿真分析对于结构设计具有指导性。此外,对反射器结构优化使得结构重量降低了8.5%,基频提高了19.7%。

Abstract: Two kinds of finite element analysis (FEA) software, Hyperworks and MSC.Patran/Nastran, were employed to analyze the structure and thermal deformation in the different working conditions of high precision composite antenna reflector. And, Hyperworks was used to optimize the studied antenna reflector structure. The numerical solutions derived from these two types of software are similar in the calculations of composite antenna reflector strength, mode and thermal deformation. The results show that Hyperworks and MSC.Patran/Nastran are universal in the composite structure and thermal deformation simulation. The modal frequency results derived from simulation software are close to that of sinusoidal vibration experiment, which indicates that the veracity of simulation software is high. Furthermore, the optimization results from Hyperworks show that the structure mass reduces by 8.5% and the modal frequency increases by 19.7% in the studied antenna reflector.
