ZB阻燃剂对环氧树脂复合材料性能的影响

EFFECT OF ZB FLAME RETARDANT ON PROPERTIES OF EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITES

摘要: 环氧树脂复合材料在航天航空等各领域中有着重要的应用,随着材料性能和需求的不断升级,提高复合材料的阻燃性能成为新的要求。向环氧树脂(EP)中添加ZB阻燃剂,利用极限氧指数法(GB/T 8924)及TG测试手段,发现在环氧树脂中添加ZB阻燃剂后,环氧树脂热分解温度提高,且阻燃剂含量越高,分解温度越高;分别以未添加和添加ZB阻燃剂的环氧树脂基体制备复合材料面板,进行力学性能测试和倾斜烧蚀实验,发现随着ZB阻燃剂加入量的增加,环氧复合材料阻燃性能提高,拉伸强度与压缩强度下降。

Abstract: Epoxy resin-based reinforced composites have many important applications in the aerospace and other fields. With the continuous upgrading of material properties and requirements, it is a new issue to improve the flame retardancy of composite materials. In this paper, ZB flame retardants were added to epoxy resin. The results of the extreme oxygen index (GB/T 8924) and the TG test indicated that the initial decomposition temperature of the epoxy resin was increased. In addition, the thermal decomposition temperature of the epoxy resin increases with the addition amount of the flame retardant. Then, the epoxy resin composite panel were prepared by adding different amounts of ZB flame retardant. Mechanical properties and tilt ablation tests were carried out, which showed that the flame retardant properties of epoxy composites was increased with the addition of ZB flame retardant. However, the tensile strength and compressive strength were decreased with the addition of ZB flame retardant.
