不同半圆切深度对飞机复合材料长桁压缩性能作用

摘要: 制作了不同深度的中央翼半圆切长桁端头试验件,通过对轴向压缩测试,测得了整个试验件的载荷-应变曲线。试验结果表明:随着试验载荷的增加,试验件发生非线性变形,半圆切深度对破坏载荷影响显著,半圆切位置从紧固件处往内(半圆切深度变浅)移动,破坏载荷明显增大;从紧固件处往外(半圆切深度变大)移动,破坏载荷减小。长桁蒙皮区域最大应变出现在肋缘条和蒙皮连接的第一排钉附近。

Abstract: Semi-circle depth stringer end samples of center wing are made, and compression test is carried out. Load-strain curves under axial compression load were obtained. The results show that non-linear deformation appeared, and the failure load is greatly influenced by the semi-circle depth. Failure load increases with the semi-circle depth. The largest strain appears on the first row fasteners on the rib flange and skin.
