复合材料成型模局部凸模脱模机构的设计与制造

摘要: 对于存在小曲率半径的复合材料制品,采用单模和袋压成型时容易出现富胶、缺胶、气泡、分层等缺陷,而采用局部凸模的袋压成型方法可以有效地解决这一问题。针对部分嵌入深度较深、脱模斜度较小的局部凸模难以脱模的现实,设计出了一种较为简便的脱模机构,从而解决了局部凸模的袋压成型后装卸的问题。并且提出了采用专用夹具定位、在数控机床上加工的方法,解决了局部凸模在制造和修理时如何定位和装夹的问题。该脱模机构圆满地解决了局部小曲率半径复合材料制品在袋压成型过程中的各种问题。

Abstract: The defects such as rich glue, poor adhesive, bubble, delamination and other defects are easy to occur in the single-mode and rubber-bag moulding for composite products with small radius of curvature. A simple demoulding mechanism is designed to solve the problem of loading and unloading after the rubber-bag moulding of local punch die, which has deep embedding depth and less striping Angle. The problem of positioning and clamping of local punch die in manufacture and repair is solved by using special fixture positioning and machining on the numerical control machine tool. Therefore, the demoulding mechanism can solve all kinds of problems in the forming process of rubber-bag moulding for the composite material products with local small radius of curvature.
