固化剂体系均质化对EP/GF复合材料界面性能的影响

EFFECT OF HOMOGENINZING ON THE INTERFACE ANDPROPERTIES OF EP/GF COMPOSITES

摘要: 采用自制溶剂对以双氰胺+聚脲为固化体系的环氧树脂(EP)进行了均质化处理,采用微球脱粘法对均质化前后树脂浸渍高强玻璃纤维(GF)形成的微球形态、界面剪切强度等进行了表征。研究表明均质化后树脂微球微观尺度上的均匀性明显提高。均质化前的树脂微球直径与界面剪切强度呈线性关系,且平均强度较低。均质化后的树脂微球直径与界面剪切强度无相关性,平均强度比均质化前提高了39%,复合材料性能离散系数减小了50%以上,稳定性明显提升。

Abstract: The epoxy resin with its curing agent of dicyandiamide+polyurea was homogenized with self-made solvent to get a uniform resin system. The micro-debonding method was used to study the formation of microspheres and interfacial shear strength before and after homogenization. The result showed that the uniformity of the resin on the micro scale was distinctly improved after homogenization. Before homogenization, the interfacial shear strength was increased with the diameter of the resin microspheres, and the average strength was relatively low. However, after homogenization, there was no obvious correlation between the diameter of microspheres and the interfacial shear strength. In the meantime, the average strength increased by 39%. It was found that the stability of the composite improved correspondingly.
