摘要: 在风电叶片行业中BOM是企业管理最基本的数据,被应用于企业的各个方面。但是随着新能源行业日趋激烈的竞争,传统BOM的管理模式已经不能满足风电行业定制化与快速交付的需求。本文对风电叶片制造过程中传统BOM管理模式下存在的问题进行解析,并提出了应用BOM模块化与可配置化的管理方式,阐述了BOM模块化的构建思路与原则及提高BOM数据准确性的方法。通过使用BOM模块化管理模式可减少数据冗余,提高BOM的管理效率。

Abstract: BOM is the most basic data for enterprise management in the wind power blade industry, and is applied to multiple aspects. However, with the increasing fierce competition in the new energy industry, the traditional BOM management method cannot meet the needs of customized and fast delivery. This paper analyzed the problems of the traditional BOM management method in the wind turbine blade manufacturing process, and discussed the method of BOM configuration and BOM modularization. In this paper, the BOM modularization creation principles and the method to improve the BOM data accuracy was discussed. In conclusion, the BOM configuration method can reduce data redundancy and improve BOM management efficiency.
