摘要: 对涤纶高密双轴向经编增强PVC膜材开展蠕变和应力松弛试验,探究拉伸速率和初始应力水平对材料粘弹性行为的作用规律,得到了松弛模量和蠕变柔量并绘制了其随时间变化的曲线。试验结果表明:涤纶高密双轴向经编增强PVC膜材存在典型的粘弹性行为;膜材在试验时长内已达到稳态松弛阶段;应力水平对PVC膜材的静态粘弹性有显著影响,尤其是蠕变现象随着初始应力水平的增大而出现堆积,而拉伸速率对试样的应力松弛行为起一定作用,但并不明显。通过比较可知,运用金属材料的时效蠕变与时效应力松弛关系原理推导的涤纶高密双轴向经编增强PVC膜材的蠕变和应力松弛长期转化关系式与试验结果存在偏差。

Abstract: In this paper, the creep and stress relaxation tests of high stitch density biaxial warp knitted fabric reinforced PVC were carried out, and the action law of tensile rate and initial stress level on the viscoelastic behavior of the material was investigated. The relaxation modulus and creep compliance were obtained and their curves as a function of time were drawn. The test results show that the high stitch density biaxial warp knitted fabric reinforced PVC has typical viscoelastic behavior; the membrane has reached the steady-state relaxation stage in the test period, and the stress level has a significant effect on the static viscoelasticity of the PVC membrane. In particular, the creep phenomenon occurs with the increase of the initial stress level, and the tensile rate plays a role in the stress relaxation behavior of the sample, but it is not obvious. By comparison, the long-term transformation relationship between creep and stress relaxation of high stitch density biaxial warp knitted fabric reinforced PVC deduced by the principle of aging creep and time effect force relaxation of metal materials is deviated from the experimental results.
