RTM多孔注射成型注射参数对树脂流动的影响规律研究

摘要: 采用树脂传递模塑工艺成型结构件时,为了提高制造效率,往往采用多注射口的方式进行成型。多注射口成型过程中注射口和排气口的位置、注射压力等工艺参数的选择会影响树脂的流动,进而影响最终成型件的质量。当前大型结构件以及复杂结构件往往用到多注射口成型方式,需要获得多注射口工艺注射参数对树脂流动的影响。利用Fluent仿真软件进行了数值模拟,采用控制变量法,研究了多注射口的数量、相邻注射口之间的距离及注射压力对树脂流动的影响,得到了上述三个注射参数与熔接痕长度和充模时间之间的关系。研究结果表明:充模时间和注射口的数量、相邻注射口之间的距离以及注射压力均成反比;熔接痕长度与注射口数量、注射口之间的距离成正比,与注射压力无关。

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of resin transfer molding, porous injection molding is often used. In the process of porous injection molding, the location of injection and outlet, injection pressure and other process parameters will affect the flow of resin, and then affect the quality of final parts. At present, the porous injection molding is often used for large and complex structural parts, so it is necessary to obtain the influence of injection parameters on the resin flow. In this paper, based on the numerical simulation by Fluent software, the influence of the number of injections, the distance between adjacent injections and the injection pressure on the resin flow were analyzed by using the control variable method, and the relationship among the three parameters and the length of weld lines and filling time was obtained. The simulation results show that the filling time is inversely proportional to the number of injection ports, the distance between adjacent injection ports and the injection pressure, and the length of weld line is proportional to the number of injection ports and the distance between injections, and not related to injection pressure.
