纤维类型对砂浆收缩性能的影响

摘要: 研究了玻璃纤维、钢纤维、玄武岩纤维和木质素纤维对砂浆自收缩、干缩性能的影响。对不同纤维增强砂浆的自收缩、干燥收缩和干燥收缩后湿胀规律进行研究,结果表明,玻璃纤维抑制砂浆收缩能力和干缩湿胀稳定性在几种纤维中都是最好的。木质素纤维对砂浆早期收缩有较好的抑制效果,但对砂浆长期收缩的抑制能力是几种纤维中最差的。各纤维砂浆90 d干缩率大小规律为:木质素纤维砂浆>无纤维基准砂浆>钢纤维砂浆>玄武岩纤维砂浆>玻璃纤维砂浆。掺纤维砂浆的自收缩率远低于干缩率,各纤维砂浆90 d自收缩率大小规律为:无纤维基准砂浆>木质素纤维砂浆>钢纤维砂浆>玄武岩纤维砂浆>玻璃纤维砂浆。

Abstract: In this paper, the effects of glass fiber, steel fiber, basalt fiber and lignin fiber on the autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage of mortar were studied. Through the study of autogenous shrinkage, dry shrinkage and wet swelling after drying shrinkage of mortar reinforced with different fibers, the results show that glass fiber has the best effect on restraining the shrinkage of mortar and the volume stability in four kinds of fibers. Lignin fibers have better inhibition effect on the early shrinkage of mortar, but the inhibition ability on the long-term shrinkage of mortar is the worst among the four kinds of fibers. The drying shrinkage of fiber mortar in 90 days is as follows: lignin fiber mortar>reference mortar>steel fiber mortar>basalt fiber mortar>glass fiber mortar. The autogenous shrinkage of fiber mortar is much lower than that of dry shrinkage. The autogenous shrinkage of fiber mortar in 90 days is as follows: reference mortar>lignin fiber mortar>steel fiber mortar>basalt fiber mortar>glass fiber mortar.
