摘要: 针对多孔C/SiC复合材料平板构件开展了CR、DR两种数字成像技术研究,设计了适用于评价多孔复合材料数字照相质量的对比试块,研究了管电压、曝光量等参数对检测结果的影响。研究结果表明,管电压、曝光量等参数会影响CR、DR的检测效果,本文提出的槽型、孔型对比试块可以用来表征X射线数字检测图像的质量,为复合材料构件射线检测参数的优化提供了依据。

Abstract: The two digital imaging techniques of CR and DR were studied for porous C/SiC composite plate components. The reference block for evaluating the digital photographic quality of porous composites was designed, and the influence of the parameters such as tube voltage and exposure amount on the test results was studied. The results show that the parameters such as tube voltage and exposure amount can affect the detection effect of CR and DR, and the groove and hole-type reference block can be used to characterize the quality of X-ray digital detection image, which provides a basis for optimizing the parameters of X-ray inspection of composite components.
