摘要: 缝合泡沫夹层复合材料是一种制造成本低、抗分层能力强、结构效率高的先进轻质结构材料,备受航空、航天等工业领域的关注。介绍了泡沫夹层结构的缝合技术,综述了缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的基本力学性能及抗冲击性能研究进展,并展望了缝合泡沫夹层复合材料的应用前景。

Abstract: The stitched foam-core sandwich composite is an advanced lightweight structural material with low manufacturing cost, good delamination resistance and high structural efficiency. It has attracted the attention from aviation, aerospace and other industrial field. Stitching technology for foam-core sandwich structures is introduced. Research progress on basic mechanical properties and impact resistance of stitched foam-core sandwich composites is reviewed. The application prospect of stitched foam-core sandwich composites is also presented.
