复合材料铺放成型装备的架构及其适用范围

摘要: 自动铺放设备以高效、快速、低废料率等特点被广泛应用于复合材料构件的自动化成型。本文首先从基本构架着手,对龙门式、卧式等现有的自动铺带机和铺丝机进行介绍,分析各种铺放设备的优缺点,并对各铺放设备可铺放工件的范围进行概述。最后从提高生产效率和降低成本两方面对自动铺放设备未来的多可能性和更高效性进行展望。

Abstract: The automatic laying equipment is widely used in the automatic forming of composite materials with the characteristics of high efficiency, high speed and low waste rate. Starting from the basic framework, this paper introduces the existing automatic tape laying machine and fiber laying machine, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various laying equipment, and summarizes the scope of laying parts for each laying equipment. At last, the possibility and efficiency of automatic laying equipment in future are prospected from two aspects of improving production efficiency and reducing cost.
