树脂基烧蚀材料研究进展

摘要: 树脂基烧蚀材料目前已成为应用最成熟、最广泛的热防护材料体系之一。随着航天技术的不断发展,为满足不断严苛的飞行器热防护的需求,国内外均针对树脂基烧蚀材料开展了大量研究工作。本文重点从树脂基烧蚀材料的树脂基体、填料、增强纤维、轻量化和烧蚀性能测试等五个方面,介绍了国内外树脂基烧蚀材料的研究进展与现状,并指出未来树脂基烧蚀材料的研究工作将呈现出多元化、协同化等特点。

Abstract: Resin-based ablation materials have been the most mature and widely used thermal protection material system. However, with the continuous development of aerospace technology, in order to meet the ever-increasing demand for aircraft thermal protection, a lot of research works have been carried out on resin-based ablation materials at home and abroad. This article focuses on the resin matrix, filler, reinforcing fiber, lightweight and ablation performance test of resin-based ablation materials, introduces the research progress and current status of resin-based ablation materials at home and abroad, and finally points out that the future research work of resin-based ablation materials will become more diversified and collaborative.
