复合材料超声导波吸收边界参数研究

摘要: 在超声无损检测研究中,对Lamb波的传播过程进行有限元仿真有助于认识其传播特性,提高测试精度。因复合材料结构尺寸限制和各向异性等特点,仿真过程中边界反射波的出现会掩盖损伤波形,影响测试结果。为抑制反射波,吸收边界的设置就显得尤为重要。通过对吸收边界参数研究发现:设置瑞雷阻尼递增的多层阻尼吸收层可以有效减少边界反射波,其中吸收边界长度对吸收效果影响最大。为了有效吸收反射波,吸收边界长度应大于波长的2倍。

Abstract: In the ultrasonic nondestructive testing research, the finite element simulation of the lamb wave propagation process is helpful to understand its propagation characteristics and improve the test accuracy. Due to the structural size limitation and anisotropy of the composite material, the appearance of the boundary reflection wave in the simulation process will cover the damage waveform, and the test result is to suppress the reflected wave. The setting of the absorption boundary is particularly important. In order to effectively absorb the boundary reflection, a multi-layered Rayleigh damped incremental absorption layer is added at the model boundary. By changing the parameters such as absorption length and damping maximum, it is found that the multi-layer damping absorption layer with increasing Rayleigh damping can effectively reduce the boundary reflection wave, and the absorption boundary length has the greatest influence on the absorption effect. In order to effectively absorb the reflected wave, the absorption boundary length should be larger than the wavelength of 2 times.
