一种水下大深度复合材料救生筏壳体的研制

摘要: 救生筏壳体是用于海员救生的关键装备,本文研制了一种用于水下的大深度复合材料气胀式救生筏壳体,具有高耐压、密封可靠、耐高低温交变等特点。对救生筏壳体进行结构设计及校核、成型工艺研究、性能验证等工作,结果表明制备的救生筏壳体性能可靠,可以满足产品性能指标要求。

Abstract: The life raft shell is the key equipment for seafarers′ life-saving. In this paper, a kind of composite inflatable life raft shell for underwater is developed, which has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, reliable sealing and high-low temperature alternation resistance. Through the structural design and verification, moulding process research and performance verification of the life raft shell, the results show that the performance of the prepared life raft shell is reliable and can meet the requirements of product performance indicators.
