摘要:

挤出制备聚乳酸/淀粉复合发泡材料,研究淀粉、AC发泡剂、马来酸酐、BPO含量以及螺杆转速对发泡材料性能的影响。结果发现,淀粉含量不宜超过20%,过多会使体系发泡性能趋于不稳定,AC发泡剂用量应在3%~4%左右,马来酸酐及引发剂BPO的加入有利于改善复合体系的相容性,从而提高发泡性能,螺杆转速应维持在100rpm~200rpm。

Abstract:

PLA/starch composite foams were prepared by reactive extrusion and the influences of the content of starch、AC、maleic anhydride、BPO and screw speed on the properties of the foams were discussed. The results showed that the starch content was better to be lower than 20%, or it would have unfavorable effect on foamability. AC content should be 3phr~4phr, MAH and BPO could improve the compatibility of the composite system so that foam performance was improved, screw speed should be kept in 100rprm~200rpm.
