摘要: 本文通过对标国内外现有的对复合材料结构适航符合性标准要求,结合复合材料结构制造符合性检查实践工作经验,在材料、工艺过程及成品质量检查三方面归纳检查要点,分析形成了一套适用于民机复材结构制造符合性检查的理论和实践应用方法,以期为复材结构制造符合性检查工作提供参考和指导。

Abstract: A study was performed in the conformity inspection of the composite material structures based on the existing airworthiness regulations and the in-field inspection experiences. A practical method was built based on three key factors including conformity of material, process and product quality, expecting to provide guidance for the conformity inspection of civil aircraft composite material structures.
