冲破式异型结构易碎前盖设计研究

摘要: 针对某型发射箱前盖综合性能要求高且弹体轴线与发射箱箱体几何中心线不重合问题,通过需求分析、结构设计、材料选择及确定成型工艺,再通过仿真分析、样件试验验证,最终确定了以环氧泡沫材料为主承载结构、冲破点位置相对盖体几何中心偏心的冲破式异型结构易碎前盖技术方案。试验结果表明,该易碎前盖具有良好的综合技术性能,满足设计需求。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the front cover of a certain type of launch canister with high comprehensive performance requirements, and the projectile body axis does not coincide with the geometric center line of the launch canister, through demand analysis, structural design, material selection and determination of forming process, then to simulation analysis, sample test verification, a kind of front cover with decentered breaking point was finally determined, in which epoxy resin foaming material was used for main body bearing structure. The success of relevant test examinations and subsequent ejection launch tests indicate that the special-shaped structures front cover of launch canister with breakthrough has good comprehensive technical performance, and meets the design requirements well.
