石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的研究进展

摘要: 环氧树脂是一种常用的热固性树脂基体,在国民经济中发挥着重要的作用。近年来,将综合性能优异的石墨烯引入环氧树脂中制备石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料成为一个重要的研究课题。本文综述了近五年来石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的研究进展。首先,介绍了石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的常用制备方法。其次,重点总结了石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的力学性能、耐热性能、导热性能、导电性能、介电性能、阻燃性能、防腐性能。然后,简述了石墨烯/环氧树脂纳米复合材料的应用现状。最后,指出了该领域目前所存在的问题,并展望了其发展趋势。

Abstract: Epoxy resin is a commonly used thermosetting resin matrix, which plays an important role in the national economy. In recent years, the introduction of graphene with excellent comprehensive properties into epoxy resins and preparation of graphene/epoxy resin nanocomposites have become an important research topic. This paper reviews the research progress of graphene/epoxy resin nanocomposites in recent five years. First, the common preparation methods of graphene/epoxy resin nanocomposites are introduced. Secondly, the mechanical properties, heat resistance, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, dielectric properties, flame retardant properties, and anti-corrosion properties of graphene/epoxy resin nanocomposites are focused on. Then, the application status of graphene/epoxy resin nanocomposites is briefly described. Finally, the current problems in this field is pointed out and the development trend is predicted.
