摘要: 与传统碳纤维织物相比,展纱织物可以将纤维在织造前展开,使得纤维在织物中取向直、屈曲少。展纱技术可以制得更为轻薄的织物,并且织物表面平整度进一步提高,最终改善了复合材料的机械性能。本文介绍了展纱技术及目前常用的机械式多组辊筒、声波、超声波以及气流喷射扩纤法原理及相关设备。

Abstract: Compared to conventional carbon fabric, fiber tow in the spread tow fabric (STF) is spread before weacing. Advantages of STF such as relatively straighter fibers, less crimp and better surface smoothness were established. Thereby it results in the final composite material product with better mechanical performance. This paper introduces spread tow technology, presents mechanical multi-rollers, acoustic energy, ultrasonic and air flow tow spreading methods and related equipment in detail.
