玻璃纤维对其增强的复合材料耐酸性影响

摘要: 玻璃纤维增强塑料(Fiber Reinforced Polymer,简称FRP)是近期大型燃煤电厂烟囱内筒使用的有效耐蚀材料。采用重量变化分析、力学性能测试、SEM形貌分析相结合的手段,对上述材料及其增强材料在10%硫酸溶液的作用过程进行实验。结果表明,无碱含硼E玻璃纤维和无氟无硼ECR玻璃纤维对其增强的复合材料耐酸性作用明显。其中,ECR玻璃纤维可使其增强的复合材料耐酸性能提升。

Abstract: Glass Fiber Reinforced plastics (FRP) is effectively used in the coal-fired power plant chimney for corrosion resistant material recently. The mass loss ratio of the fibers and its composites after treatment were investigated. The surface morphologies were characterized using scanning electron microscopy. The result shows that the type of glass fiber influences the acid resistance of FRP obviously. ECR promoted the acid resistance of FRP.
