摘要: 采用经典结构力学的方法对纯弯曲下管材的截面扁化现象进行研究,对截面扁化变形公式进行推导,并对其进行有限元分析验证。推导了纯弯曲下管材横向和纵向最大弯曲应力之间的关系,用以指导GFRP管材的设计,以保证其纵向抗弯强度可以得到充分利用。

Abstract: A method of classical structural mechanics is used to study the cross-sectional flattening phenomenon of pipes under pure bending. The formula for the cross-sectional flattening deformation is deduced and then verified by finite element analysis. The relationship between the transverse and longitudinal maximum bending stress of the pipe under pure bending is derived to guide the design of the GFRP pipe material to ensure that its longitudinal flexural strength can be fully utilized.
