摘要: 本文以海因环氧树脂和胺类固化剂为基础设计了一种高温固化环氧体系,通过流变仪分析了树脂的粘度特性,并对树脂及复合材料的力学性能进行了测试,最后研究了该树脂的湿热环境性能。结果表明,该树脂体系具有良好的工艺性能和优异的力学性能,适合用作液态成型工艺,但该树脂及其复合材料也存在吸湿率高,耐湿热环境性能差的问题。

Abstract: An epoxy resin system consisting of hydantoin epoxy resin and amine cure agent was designed, which was cured at high temperature. The flowing characteristics of this epoxy resin system were analysed by rheometer. The mechanical properties of this resin system and its composite were tested. The moisture absorption characteristics was investigated. The results demonstrated that this epoxy resin system took on excellent molding properties and good mechanical properties, so it was appropriate for LCM. High moisture absorption and badly property in wet-and-hot conditions were problems facing this epoxy resin system.
