摘要: 本文叙述了玻璃纤维的特性、用途、质量影响因素及我国玻璃纤维的发展历程。实验研究了涂油器位置、集束装置类型、排线器形状、拉丝机距离、绕丝筒尺寸和冷却器尺寸等对电子玻璃纤维拉丝张力的影响,对不同条件下获得的D450纱线进行毛羽检测。通过分析拉丝张力、毛羽数量与拉丝工艺之间的关系,确定电子玻璃纤维的最佳拉丝工艺。

Abstract: This paper describes the characteristics, uses, quality impact factors of glass fiber, and the development process of China′s glass fiber. The effects of e-glass fiber drawing tension were studied by experiment on location of Oiling device, types of under cluster device, shapes of Cable device, distances of drawing machine, sizes of wire-wound tube and sizes of Cooler. Filoplume testing was conducted on yarn D450 obtained under different conditions. The best take-up process of e-glass fiber was confirmed by analysing the relationship between drawing tension, filoplume quantity and drawing process.
