复合材料非热压罐成型孔隙率研究

摘要: 通过非热压罐预浸料成型过程中的影响因素分析,开展预浸料、成型工艺及封装方法对非热压罐成型零件孔隙率的影响研究。结果表明:非热压罐成型过程中,预浸料覆膜方式对成型零件的孔隙率有较大影响,单面覆膜制得的预浸料与双面覆膜制得的预浸料相比,成型零件的孔隙率较低;适当增加保温平台有利于气体在树脂凝胶前排出,制得的零件孔隙率较低;采用增加导气条的封装方法更加有利于铺贴过程夹裹的气体、预浸料的挥发份等的排出,零件孔隙率较低。

Abstract: The influence of out of autoclave(OOA) process is researched and influencing factor of different prepreg, curing process and sealing ways on the porosity of OOA composite is analyzed. The result shows that the resin film coating method of prepreg has great influence on the porosity of products with OOA process. The porosity of products is lower than that double-sided covering when the resin film is one-sided covering. Increasing temperature platform properly is propitious to the air out before the resin gelated and the porosity of final products is lower than that without temperature platform. Using the sealing way of more material to guide air is propitious to squeezing the air produced in the prepreg folding and volatilizing, which will and finally get products with lower porosity.
