碳纤维风机在冷却塔扩能改造中的应用

摘要: 碳纤维复合材料因其性能优异,在工业领域得到广泛应用。行业中存在因风量不足导致的冷却塔性能低下的问题,该问题在高温季节对生产的正常进行造成不利影响。本文通过在第一循环水系统中安装高效碳纤维复合材料风机,并进行横向和纵向比较,认为采用该技术对冷却塔进行扩能是可行的。

Abstract: Benefit from its high material property, carbon fiber is widely applied in industry. In the cooling tower industry, the tower's performance degrades by lack of air volume especially in high temperature seasons. A high performance carbon fiber fan is installed in one tower of 1st water circulating system, from comparison with lateral tower and with the data before the new fan installed, this article confirms that improving the cooling tower's performance with this method is feasible.
