浅析飞机复合材料雷击防护措施与试验

摘要: 伴随着飞机复合材料的使用,飞机的雷击防护问题逐渐得到了人们的重视。本文简述了目前使用较多的几种雷击防护措施,并从实物试验的角度出发,采用模拟雷击试验来检验带有防护措施的复合材料板的雷击防护效果。文章选取了普通复合材料板和覆盖铜网防护层的复合材料板作为试验样品,通过对比两种样品遭受雷击后的的不同结果,验证了铜网作为防护层的有效性和重要性。

Abstract: With the use of composite materials on aircraft, the lightning protection problems gradually get people's attention. This paper briefly describes several lightning protection measures currently widely used. From view of physical tests, the paper uses simulated lightning test to verify the effect of lightning protection for composite plates with protective measures. The test involves two different samples: regular composite plates and composite plates covering the protective layer of copper mesh. Through comparing the different results after two samples being struck by lightning, the paper finds that the protective layer of copper mesh is effective and important.
