摘要: 研究了叶片参数化建模的方法,从气动设计开始,将叶片的翼型、气动外形、部件定位数据、材料、铺层等信息进行参数化。通过本文研究的方法,计算得出叶片有限元模型需要的节点、单元和铺层数据,实现了自动化参数建模,经验证其结果快速准确,提升了叶片有限元分析效率。

Abstract: When wind turbine blade becomes bigger and bigger, we need more optimization of blade design which requires fast generation of FEM model. The parameterized method could generate blade model quickly and accurately, which is explored in this paper. From aerodynamic design, the aerofoil data, blade shape layout, component positioning data, material performance, lamination plan and etc information are parameterized. After research, we can calculate the nodes, elements and lay-out data required by FEM model. Finally, the formatted data for FEM software could be generated automatically.
