复合材料补片快速胶接修复受损复合材料层压板试验研究

摘要: 采用复合材料补片胶接修复技术对含孔损伤复合材料层压板进行单面胶接修复。在修复过程中,重点考察了补片材料、补片设计及固化制度等因素对修复效果的影响。试验结果表明:经单面修复后,修复结构的静态力学性能得到了显著改善,最高恢复率为66.69%,而其刚度几乎不发生改变;同时,其修复温度低(66℃)、耗时短(固化时间1h),易于实现快速抢修。

Abstract: The damaged composite laminates were repaired by the composite patching technology in this paper. Effects of some important parameters of the technology, including reinforcements, patch design, cured temperature, on the specimen static mechanic properties have been comprehensively investigated experimentally. And the experimental data results indicate that static mechanic properties of the bonded structures are significantly improved. The failure strength of the bonded structures could reach up to 66.69% of the perfect composite structures', while its static stiffness is almost as the same as the perfect ones. However, the whole curing-time of the repair process is limited to 1 hour and the cured temperature is limited to 66℃.
