RTM用改性乙烯基酯树脂体系成型工艺及性能研究

THE RESEARCH OF MODIFIED VINYL ESTER RESIN SYSTEM FORMING PROCESS AND PROPERTIES IN RTM

摘要: 制备了三种用于RTM 成型工艺的乙烯基酯树脂,分别命名为R-1,R-2,R-3。系统地研究了三种树脂体系的固化反应特性、工艺特性及其树脂浇铸体的力学性能。研究结果表明,三种树脂体系在室温(25℃) 下的粘度都很低,分别为350mPa·s、80mPa·s、70mPa·s,一定温度下的粘度均能达到500mPa·s 以下,且具有较长的适用期,符合RTM 注射工艺的要求。分析树脂浇铸体的力学性能可以看到,弯曲强度最高可达110. 05MPa,冲击强度最高可达12. 27kJ /m2。最终选定R-3 为综合性能最优的树脂体系。

Abstract: Preparing three kinds of vinyl ester resin for RTM,named R-1,R-2,R-3. studying their curing reaction characteristics,process characteristics and mechanical properties of resin-cast body. Three kinds of resin systems under the low viscosity at room temperature (25℃) ,respectively 350mPa·s,80mPa·s,70mPa·s,The viscosity of a certain temperature is the below of 500mPa·s,and has a longer period of application,in line with the requirements of RTM injection process. Analysis of the mechanical properties of resin cast body,the bending strength of up to 110. 05MPa,the impact strength of up to 12. 27kJ /m2 . R-3 for the final selection of the best overall performance resin system.
