两种方法对玻纤预浸料的树脂含量测试及不确定度比较

摘要: 在生产过程中,树脂含量对于玻纤预浸料的性能具有重要的影响,不同的测试方法所测得的预浸料中的树脂含量也会有所不同。本研究采用溶解法和灼烧法对4组高硅氧/酚醛复合材料预浸料进行了树脂含量的测试,并对其不确定度进行评定,测试结果表明,溶解法测定预浸料树脂含量的数值偏低,灼烧法测定预浸料树脂含量的不确定度更小。对于玻纤预浸料树脂含量的测定,为获取更加准确的测试数据,建议采用灼烧法进行测试。

Abstract: In the production process, resin content has an important influence on the performance of glass fiber prepreg and the resin content of the prepreg measured by different test methods will also vary. In this study, four batches of high silica/phenolic plastics prepregs were tested by dissolution method and burning method. The Dixon criterion was used to eliminate the outliers and the uncertainty was evaluated for each set of data. The test results show that the value of resin content determined by dissolution method is lower, which may be caused by incomplete elution of the dissolved resin, and the uncertainty of resin content determined by burning method is smaller, which shows that test result of the burning method is more stable. In order to make the test results more accurate, burning method should be chosen.
