预应力部分粘结CFRP筋预应力混凝土梁受弯性能的试验研究

摘要:

在国内首次提出了“部分粘结”的新概念,进行了9根部分预应力部分粘结的碳纤维塑料筋(CFRP筋)与环氧树脂钢筋混合配筋混凝土梁的静载试验,对其受力过程、破坏形态、荷载挠度特性、延性性能、预应力度的影响等进行了分析。试验结果显示,采取部分粘结及混合配筋的模式有利于改善CFRP筋预应力混凝土梁的受力性能,对CFRP筋混凝土梁的设计计算理论具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:

The new concept of “partiallybonded” was proposed for the first time in China. The loading process, failure mode,loadingdeflection property, ductility performance and effect of prestress degree were analyzed, by the static loading experiment of nine partiallybonded mixed reinforcement concrete beams reinforced with CFRP bars and epoxy resin coated steel bars. Test results show that the mechanical behavior of prestressed concrete beam reinforced with CFRP bars can be improved by using the partiallybonded and mixed reinforcement mode, provide the design calculation method of concrete beam reinforced with CFRP bars with important reference value.
