连续玻璃纤维增强热塑/热固性复合材料力学性能研究

THERMOPLASTIC/THERMOSETTING COMPOSITE

摘要:

采用热压成型方法制备连续玻璃纤维增强热塑/热固性复合材料(GF/EP/PC),并与GF/PC复合材料进行力学性能测试比较和SEM照片观测分析了影响复合材料力学性能的因素。研究结果表明,GF/EP/PC复合材料的拉伸弹性模量与弯曲弹性模量分别为GF/PC复合材料的16.4倍和8.8倍,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别提高了17倍和37倍;结合其力学破坏形貌照片,分析了纤维和树脂的粘接情况和材料的破坏模式以及PC树脂与芯层GF/EP复合材料的粘接情况。

Abstract:

Continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic/thermosetting composites(GF/EP/PC) and glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites(GF/PC)were prepared by thermomolding process,and comparative analysis of influencing factors of mechanical properties was made. The results showed that tensile elasticity modules and flexure modules of GF/EP/PC composites were respectively 16.4 times and 8.8 times of GF/PC composites, and tensile strength and flexure strength respectively increased 17 times and 37 times. Considering the mechanically damaged appearance photos and the fracture appearance (SEM),the failure mode and the interface between fiber and resin were analyzed.
