聚四氟乙烯覆铜板的制备及性能研究

摘要:

本文制备了玻璃纤维布增强聚四氟乙烯覆铜板|分析了偶联剂对预浸片性能的影响。讨论了树脂含量对预浸片介电性能和弯曲强度的影响|探讨了纤维布含量对剥离强度的影响。对覆铜板介电性能理论值与试验值进行了对比分析。结果表明,选用6032硅烷偶联剂处理玻璃纤维布、树脂含量为70%时得到综合性能好的聚四氟乙烯覆铜板。预浸片介电常数的理论值与试验值较吻合,预浸片介质损耗因子理论值与试验值相差较大。

Abstract:

In present work,it prepared copper clad laminates based on glass cloth reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE),analyzed the effects of silane treatment and resin content on the flexural strength and morphology of the resulting prepregs.Moreover,the effects of glass cloth content on the peeling strength and the prediction of the dielectric properties were discussed.The results show that the best quality of the composite can be controlled by using the 6032-treated glass fibre and 70 wt% PTFE.The predicted value of dielectric constant agrees quite closely with the experiment results,but the predicted values of tanδdoes not agree with the experiment results.
