碳纤维加固混凝土结构耐火性能研究与展望

FIRE RESISTANCE RESEARCH OF CFRP-STRENGTHENED CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND PROSPECT

摘要:

随着我国建筑水平的提高,碳纤维加固混凝土结构在我国建筑改造领域应用日益广泛,但其防火问题始终没有得到解决。不但制约了该类结构的推广,而且对已加固结构防火安全性的确定也缺乏必要的科学依据。因此研究碳纤维加固构件的耐火性能并基于此确定其防火设计方法具有十分迫切的现实意义。本文就火灾(高温)条件下碳纤维材料热工性能、热力学性能的研究成果和碳纤维加固混凝土构件火灾试验研究进行了较为系统的总结,同时指出其中存在的某些有待完善的问题和进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:

Along with our country construction level enhancement,the use of fiber-reinforced polymers(FRPs) for strengthening and rehabilitating reinforced concrete structures has been widespread implementation in recent years.To date,one major factor preventing the widespread use of CFRP materials in buildings is the lack of information available on the fire performance of CFRP-strengthened concrete members during fire in the regulations,and that for the constructed structures,is also lack of the essential scientific basis.Therefore,recent research gap analyses for the fire resistance of strengthened members have identified fireproof design method as an area in which additional information is urgently required.This paper presents a review of research conducted to investigate the fire performance of CFRP material.Also presents an overview of research program to investigate the performance in fire of CFRP-strengthened reinforced concrete slabs,beams and columns.The remained problems for the fire r...更多esistance research of structures and the further research direction are pointed out.
