摘要:

作为一个专用程序,PROPID在水平轴风力机叶片的逆向设计与分析中有许多独特的优点。本文在介绍PROPID程序的同时,选取一风力机叶片为计算模型,使用PROPID进行重新优化设计和分析。通过分析比较发现,PROPID程序在叶轮的功率计算、外形几何尺寸设计、最佳安装角和转速的确定方面均有较好表现,并能正确反映风机叶轮的气动理论,是一种很实用的风力机叶轮逆向设计和分析程序,对提高风力机的气动设计水平、缩短设计周期有很大帮助。

Abstract:

PROPID is a computer program for design and analysis of horizontal axis wind turbine blades.The unique feature of this program lies in its inverse design and analysis capability.In order to show this capacity,a 20kW wind turbine blade,available from NREL's design,was analyzed and re-designed. Significant improvement in the blade performance was achieved.The analyses and researches show that the PROPID program has quite good performance at rotor power calculation,blade geometry dimension design,blade pitch angle design and rotor speed design,etc.It can predict aerodynamic characteristics of wind turbine fairly correctly.PROPID is a very practical analysis and design tool for wind turbine blades.It would be greatly useful to improve the design level and to shorten the design period.
