摘要:

本文研究引发剂、阻聚剂及促进剂对DMC固化性能及存放期的影响。研究结果表明,联用引发剂过苯甲酸叔丁酯和过辛酸叔丁酯,既不影响固化性能,又可提高生产效率。此外还可通过阻聚剂对苯二酚或促进剂异辛酸钴来调节固化速度和存放时间,不仅缩短固化时间,而且也保证模塑料有一定的存放时间,并可降低成本。

Abstract:

In this paper,influences of initiator,inhibitor and accelevator on curing property and storing time for dough moulding compound are studied.The combination of two initiators such as ertbutyl perbenzoate and ttertbutyl peroctoate,not only improved the production efficiency but also ensured the curing property.In addition,the curing time is shortened,the storing time is ensured and the cost of production is reduced by the addition of hydroquinone or cobalt 2-ethylcaproate.
