乙烯基酯树脂凝胶时间控制技术研究

STUDY ON GEL TIME CONTROL TECHNOLOGY OF VINYL ESTER RESIN

摘要:

本文根据乙烯基酯树脂固化反应为游离基聚合反应的特点,选用适当的阻聚剂或具有阻聚作用的其他助剂,将乙烯基酯树脂的室温凝胶时间延长并控制在较宽的范围内,大大延长了乙烯基酯树脂的可操作时间,为其获得更广泛的应用提供帮助。

Abstract:

In this paper, based on vinyl ester resin curing reaction for free radical polymerization characteristics,it took proper polymerization inhibitor or other additives with the polymerization inhibition action,which extended room temperature gel time of vinyl ester resin and controlled in a relatively wide range. The operable time of vinyl ester resin was greatly extended, which facilitated its wide application.
