厚铺层结构纤维增强体渗透性能研究

摘要:

本文利用在线监测系统,采用径向法对厚铺层结构纤维增强体渗透性能进行了实验研究。通过对不同铺层厚度玻璃纤维增强体中测试液流动前沿以及渗透率的比较分析,发现对于厚铺层结构,渗透率随铺层厚度的增加逐渐减小,并且这个减小的趋势逐渐趋于平缓。通过对一定铺层厚度增强体中,测试液在顶层和底层渗透情况的比较,发现两者之间存在一定量的差异,此差异随铺层厚度的增加而增大。并且发现充模过程中存在一个顶层和底层渗透达到同步的时刻,此时间值随铺层厚度的增加而增大。

Abstract:

With the help of sensing and monitoring system, the permeable property of thicksection reinforcements was studied with the radial permeability testing method. By comparing and analyzing different laidup thickness of glass fiber reinforcements, it is noticed that the permeability is decreasing when thickness of reinforcements increase. The slope of the decreasing is getting smaller with thicker section of the reinforcements. By comparing flow front position of the top and bottom layer of the reinforcements, it is found that the leadleg difference between the top and bottom layer is increasing when the thickness of reinforcement increases.  It is found that the flow front position of the top and botton layer will keep catch up with each other at certain time. The time is getting larger when thickness of reinforcement increases.
