BFRP混合加固预损偏心受压短柱试验研究

摘要: 通过对5根预损短柱采用不同加固方式和1根对比柱进行偏心受压试验,研究了不同BFRP加固方式各柱的破坏过程、极限承载力;对比分析了不同加固方式纵向受力钢筋、玄武岩纤维筋、混凝土、玄武岩纤维布的应力-应变及荷载-挠度关系。研究结果表明,单独采用BFRP筋嵌入式加固钢筋混凝土偏心受压短柱效果不明显,而采用嵌入式BFRP筋和外包BFRP布混合加固效果更为理想,表现出一定的复合加固效应。在试验研究的基础上,根据本文的基本假定进行了承载能力计算并给出了简化设计方法,可为定量分析研究提供参考。

Abstract: Based on the eccentric compressive experiment of five pre-damage reinforced concrete (RC) short columns and one contrast specimen with different reinforcement methods, the failure process and ultimate strength of the specimens were described. The stress-strain relationship of steel bars, basalt fiber plastic bar, concrete, basalt fiber plastic sheets and load-deflection of columns was compared and analyzed under the different ways of BFRP reinforcement. The result shows that mixed reinforcement techniques is more effective than merely use near surface mounted (NSM) method due to the mixed effects. The bearing capacity calculation and the simplified design method were proposed for reference on the basis of the test results and the basic assumption.
