论有限元分析在SMC类重卡外饰件开发中的应用

摘要: 通过实际案例重点阐述了有限元计算分析方法在重卡外饰产品结构设计过程中的作用,以及如何通过有限元分析实现减少车身重量,验证产品强度刚度,分析产品固有频率,改善产品结构设计及减少质量缺陷等目的,同时也对SMC工艺材料的物理特性及在中重型卡车上的应用做了介绍。

Abstract: According to actual case, this paper mainly elaborate finite element analysis function to assist products structure designing in developing for heavy truck′s exterior parts. It explains how to realize decreased truck body′s weight, validate product′s strength and stiffness, analyze part′s intrinsic frequency and improve part′s structure designing to reduce quality defect. Also, SMC material′s physical properties and application at medium and heavy duty truck were introduced.
