某型号无人机复合材料主起落架的研制

摘要: 基于工程经验公式和数值仿真相结合的方法设计了某型号无人机主起落架,确定了复合材料泡沫夹芯结构构型及横截面几何尺寸、复合材料铺层顺序;采用手糊工艺制备了试验件,力学试验结果表明试验件力学性能以及重量均满足设计要求。

关键词: 起落架, 复合材料, 夹芯结构

Abstract: According to the main technical specifications for landing gear of an UAV, the composite foam sandwich is adopted based on the engineering formula and numerical simulation. In addition, the specific geometric parameter and stacking sequence are definitely determined. Furthermore, the specimen is fabricated by manual molding technology. The experimental results demonstrate that both the mechanical property and the weight of this specimen satisfy the requirement.
